Trusted by innovative companies across the US
We are a US-based email infrastructure company on a mission to make compliant, permission-based email delivery the standard — not the exception.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, MailBridgeTech was born from a frustration with email platforms that prioritized volume over responsibility. We built a platform where compliance is baked into the architecture — not bolted on as an afterthought.
Every feature we ship — from our SMTP relay to our analytics dashboard — is designed to help businesses communicate ethically at scale. We believe that great deliverability and strict compliance are not in conflict. They reinforce each other.
We serve SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, and startups across the United States, and we take our responsibility as their email partner seriously.
Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience in email deliverability, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS.
15+ years in email infrastructure. Previously led deliverability at Sendmark and held engineering roles at AWS.
Distributed systems expert. Former principal engineer at Cloudflare with a focus on high-availability email routing.
JD + 10 years in tech regulatory compliance. Specialist in CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and data protection frameworks.
SaaS product leader with deep roots in developer tools and API-first product development. Ex-Twilio and Mailchimp.
We encrypt, monitor, and protect every aspect of our platform. Security is not a feature — it is our foundation.
We are transparent about our policies, pricing, and practices. We say what we mean and do what we say.
We build compliance into everything we ship. Our clients' legal safety and their recipients' rights always come first.
We continuously improve our platform with the latest in email authentication, AI-assisted deliverability, and developer tooling.
From a single API call to millions of opt-in campaigns — every service we offer is built around compliant, permission-based sending.
Our RESTful API delivers mission-critical transactional emails — order confirmations, password resets, two-factor authentication codes, and system alerts — with sub-second latency and guaranteed delivery.
Use our SMTP relay as a drop-in replacement for any application that supports standard SMTP. Route your email through our hardened infrastructure without changing your application code.
Proper email authentication is critical for deliverability and security. Our guided wizard walks you through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup — and validates your records automatically.
Send beautiful, personalized marketing emails — but only to contacts who have explicitly opted in. Our platform enforces permission-based sending at every step.
⚠️ Strict Permission Requirement
All marketing emails must be sent to recipients who have given explicit, recorded consent. Purchased or scraped lists are permanently prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Every email event captured, every metric surfaced in your dashboard — with webhook delivery for custom integrations.

MailBridgeTech is committed to the highest standards of email compliance. This page outlines our policies, requirements, and enforcement mechanisms.
MailBridgeTech has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward spam and unsolicited email. We take the health of the global email ecosystem seriously and actively enforce these standards to protect our clients, their recipients, and our shared infrastructure.
Purchased email lists. Sending to contacts obtained through list brokers, data vendors, or purchased databases is strictly prohibited.
Scraped email addresses. Email addresses harvested from websites, social media, forums, or any automated scraping method are not permitted.
Rented or leased lists. Using lists rented from third parties, even with "permission," is prohibited on our platform.
Deceptive subject lines. Misleading or deceptive subject lines that misrepresent the email content or sender identity are prohibited under CAN-SPAM.
Ignoring unsubscribe requests. Failure to honor opt-out requests within 10 business days is a CAN-SPAM violation and will result in account termination.
Phishing or fraud. Sending emails designed to deceive recipients into revealing personal information, login credentials, or financial data is illegal and results in immediate termination.
All email recipients must have provided explicit, affirmative consent to receive communications from you. Implied or inferred permission is not sufficient for use on our platform.
Recipients must have actively and knowingly signed up to receive emails from your organization. Pre-checked checkboxes do not constitute valid consent under GDPR.
We strongly recommend double opt-in confirmation flows. This confirms the email address is valid and that the recipient consciously signed up, improving deliverability and compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining records of consent including the date, method of collection, and the specific consent language shown to each recipient.
We comply with all requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act including truthful headers, honest subject lines, clear identification as an advertisement, physical postal address disclosure, and functioning opt-out mechanisms.
For users sending to EU recipients, we enforce GDPR-compliant consent standards including the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data. We act as a data processor under your instructions.
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires express consent for commercial electronic messages. Our platform's permission controls support CASL compliance for users sending to Canadian recipients.
All accounts are required to complete email authentication setup before sending. This protects your domain and our shared infrastructure from spoofing and abuse.
We continuously monitor all accounts for compliance violations using both automated systems and human review. Our abuse team operates 24/7.
Accounts exceeding a 0.1% spam complaint rate are automatically flagged for review. Accounts exceeding 0.5% are suspended pending investigation.
Violations of our anti-spam, prohibited list, or phishing policies result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.
We reserve the right to audit sending lists, consent records, and sending practices at any time. Accounts must cooperate fully with compliance reviews.
